These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between you and Domain ("we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of our online seminar platform and related services.
We accept the following payment methods for seminar registrations and related services:
Major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
Debit cards with major payment network logos
PayPal and other authorized digital payment platforms
Bank transfers for institutional or corporate accounts
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that comply with industry standards for data protection.
All prices are listed in the currency specified at the time of registration and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Seminar fees may vary based on content, duration, instructor expertise, and other factors. The total amount due will be clearly displayed before you complete your registration.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. However, price changes will not affect registrations already completed or pending payment.
Additional fees may apply for premium features, downloadable materials, certification programs, or other optional services.
Payment is required at the time of seminar registration unless alternative arrangements have been made for institutional accounts.
Your payment method will be charged immediately upon completing the registration process.
You will receive a confirmation email containing your payment receipt and registration details within 24 hours of successful payment processing.
Failed payments will result in registration cancellation. You may attempt to re-register if space remains available.
You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including legal name, billing address, and valid payment method details.
You are responsible for maintaining current billing information in your account settings.
We are not responsible for payment failures resulting from outdated or incorrect billing information.
Some services may be offered on a subscription basis with recurring payments at specified intervals.
By enrolling in a subscription service, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal period.
Subscription renewals will occur unless you cancel prior to the next billing date.
You will receive notification before each renewal charge is processed.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in our cancellation policy.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the timing of your cancellation request.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled seminar start date.
Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the seminar start date are eligible for a 50 percent refund.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the seminar start date.
Refunds for technical issues or service failures will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.

Organizations registering multiple participants may be eligible for group pricing and alternative payment arrangements.
Invoice-based payment may be available for qualified institutional accounts upon request and credit approval.
Payment terms for invoiced accounts are typically net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges and service suspension.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase, including sales tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, or other transaction taxes.
Tax amounts will be calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your billing address.
If you are tax-exempt, you must provide valid exemption documentation before completing your purchase.
Prices are displayed in the default currency for your region, but alternative currencies may be available.
When paying in a currency different from your payment method's native currency, your financial institution may apply currency conversion fees.
We are not responsible for currency conversion rates or associated fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to suspend access to services for accounts with outstanding payment obligations.
We do not offer price matching or retroactive price adjustments for seminar registrations.
Promotional pricing and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of offer.
Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
In certain circumstances, we may issue account credits in lieu of refunds.
Account credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of issuance.
Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other users.
Payment plans may be available for certain high-value programs at our discretion.
Payment plan eligibility requires credit approval and acceptance of additional terms.
Missed installment payments may result in late fees and service suspension.
We reserve the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated via email or through prominent notice on our platform.
Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
